1. Rushed (Current Bank Experience)

My first experience with selecting my current bank draws back to my first day at university. I created an account, on paper, at a tent during the welcome week celebration. The experience was quite rushed and informal. I had numerous questions and concerns. I have never had to deal with my own finances before, and I was quite nervous. However even though the rushed process, the bank was quite accredited and well-known so I didn 't mind and felt safe inputting my personal information their forms. This is not a process that I would recommend to an ideal bank. As for my questions and concerns, they had yet to be answered until much later in my process when I came in for a one-on-one meeting at their facility.

Even though I haven 't had to deal with other banks before, I haven 't had a need to switch to a different bank either. What I love about this bank is what they provide to their clients. The bank I use had a "virtual bank" system for their student clients. It is a very easy to use interface, with many side clippets and help icons for one as confused as myself when it comes to financing. Their mobile app is slick and very easy to use. As for security, they implement two-step authentication that holds and I feel quite safe inputting my information into their various mediums via phone or computer.
