Personal Reflection Regardless of whatever I do I always try to improve myself. I will never be perfect, but I will always continue to strive for perfection. I go out of my way to make sure that I am learning something almost everyday. I consider a day of leaning a successful day. Even if I learn how to use a new button on a copying machine, its still something new to me that I can use. Sometimes my motive for learning is not always because I want to become a better employee though, sometimes its because I want to protect my job. I try my best to remember that there is always someone out there who is trying to take my job. Employers want employees who do the most amount of work for the least amount of money. However employees thought process are the complete opposite. Employees want to do the least amount of work for the most amount of pay. The last time that I tried to strengthen a professional deficit was today actually. I tried to work with three other employees to write a behavioral reduction plan. I worked on my communication skill as well as my team building skills. I have to admit that I could have done better, but II know it will take time for me to work on my flaws so I was satisfied with my performance. I spoke up when I needed to and I was heavily involved. Normally I like to work by myself to ensure that I all of the work is completed exactly the way that I want it too, but I decided to try to work on my weakness today.
